We bought a Craftmaster chair and ottoman on 11/11/2011 - just from normal use (it is in the TV room) the material on the ottoman and all the cushions has worn through. I have to replace this whole piece. The material used is so thin - it should NEVER have been used for upholstery!! They company I purchased this set from has replaced both arms, but we were told that if any more needed to be replaced we needed to just buy a whole new set. It is just my husband and myself that use this, so we do not abuse the chair or ottoman. This week we will be receiving a new chair that we had to go out and purchase......NOT A CRAFTMASTER chair!
