Visa card was hacked multiple times. Contacted Citi over 10 times. The reps were useless. Some were rude and obnoxious. After turning my case over to the state Attorney General, Citi finally, after almost 9 months, removed the charges and accumulated interest. After I thought this whole nightmare might be over, Citi once again reinstated the interest charges. Im done with Citi and I highly recommend that anyone else avoid Citi Bank and Citi Visa like the plague. Company is criminal and dishonest. User's recommendation: Stay AWAY!
