I went through this company for my very first compilation book. I used indiegogo to fund my endeavor. I went through them because I was told they were a good company. I was wrong. Firstly, my files say in the email for a good week and a half. I was told they didn't know they were there even though I notified them. So after that, we had issues with the files and trying to get everything done in time. When I got my books, I was appalled. The books had white spots all over and the spines were water damaged. The box was busted, so they blamed it on ups, but the truth of the matter was, the books were not properly packaged. No shrink wrap, no protection, nothing. I called them and fussed about my books. They told me I had to send the books back at my cost. I told them this was unfair, but I was told I was making out like a bad it. How is that true when they needed to make the books right. So I sent the books back with a promise of reimbursement. That was back in febrauary. I got new books printed but they still have white spots and most people are now saying their books are falling apart. I still have not received a reimbursement. I have addressed this with the webcomic community and they all know about this incident. I will never use them again and I really want to take legal action against them because I have been ripped off. Do not deal with this company!!
