Horrible billing process

I won’t ever bring business to this company again after they tell me that I had no copay during my visit due to all of a sudden having a $40 balance sent to collections then having to pay a $20 late fee after only 23 days of receiving my first bill mailed by fastmed. I can not deal with a company who treast their paying customer like this. Needless to say I have always paid my bill on time.
