HORRIBLE BILLING OFFICE

The billing personnel for AMR is the worst my husband and I have ever had to deal with! They are the most incompetent bunch of people! They DO NOT listen when you tell them they are billing an insurance company that you don't even have insurance with and when you give them the correct insurance information, they still can't get it right. They are rude, interrupting all the time and when my husband asked to speak to a supervisor, the woman he was speaking with would not get a supervisor on the phone. He is calling corporate headquarters now to get things straight and if this doesn't work, we will call our Attorney General! This is absolutely ridiculous!
