Horrible at communication and not knowledgeable at their job

I have been trying to get a loan closed for 6 months and it still has not happened. The staff will not keep you up to date and will not return phone calls. Most of the problems encountered with the loan, I had to handle because the staff seemed uncaring or unknowledgeable. User's recommendation: Find another lender.
