I used RW as I was Moving out of state. They NEVER monitored the property, made sure tenants were living up to their obligations within lease-NOTHING! I returned 10 months into lease for a surprise owner inspection and my house and yard were destroyed! All that was missing was a dead washing machine on the front porch! The tenants vanished a week later. I cannot Get them to release the security deposit for the repairs I made They are not standing behind their contract with me that the house would be providing me income for 12 months. DO NOT EVER USE THEM FOR MANAGEMENT IR TO LICATE A RENTAL FOR YOU!! They should be shut down.
