I ordered a book bag for my daughter who is a tween with two headbands had a problem during the order process they were nice enough to give me a discount but my order has taken more than 15 days and still has not reached the store three phone calls later and still the only answer I get from everyone is oh I’m sorry we can’t track your package because it was free shipping to the store unfortunately you just have to sit and wait it out or we could just refund you. I feel it’s completely unfair. This is the first Time I ordered from online that’s why sent it to the store.
