Pls beware of this agent. They will cancel your tickets with no prior notice and you will be in for a rude shock when you try to check in for your flight to see a cancelled pnr as i experienced this summer. Zero customer service and if you give them a negative feedback on their fb page they will delete it so that others dont see. Just shows their true color. I found out my onward PNR cancelled just 24hrs when i logged into check in online and the airlines confirmed that the travel agent had cancelled it .these ala ita folks gave some nonsensical excuse and till the nth moment i was left waiting and had to pay 500 bucks extra to reinstate my ticket. I had a traumatic exp in the flight because my toddler and i were given seats in different places and being a full flight nobody was willing to switch. My inward fligth from india pnr too was cancelled in a similar fashion but got it reinstated because i was ready with police complaint. Pls beware of such fraudsters.
