Support is crazy lousy. Waited almost 2 hours once to talk to someone on chat, phone would not even work that time, got a fast busy. They have many software problems on the server side. Double charged me once for the same movie due to a 24 hour server issue they had and refused to credit or refund me the second charge. Told me to go complain to the device maker their app was on instead even though knew it was their problem that caused it. Their website capabilities are way behind the other top players. 4k library is lacking and no way to upgrade HD copies. Some device apps have not been updated in years. Stay far away from them for purchasing or renting.
