Total scam. Have sent 3 emails and called for return instructions. No response from them to email, although I followed their exact instructions. Called and got the run around. Second so-called free sample resulted in 2 charges of 89.99. Do not order or accept anything from these people. Of, and the box they sent them in was not even fully closed
