Was lied to and misled by Carchex .... AFTER they had my credit card number they reveal to me that they are underwritten by American Auto Shield - so the policy is essentially worthless. I tried to cancel IMMEDIATELY --- she [Rae] Said she was putting me through to the cancelation department -- but no one ever picks up the phone there. Spent over an hour trying to get through --- then tried again on Monday with the same results. Always put on hold no one ever answers. This is the MOST FRAUDULENT company I have EVER dealt with!! They need to be shut down!!!!
