HORRENDOUS/NON EXISTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I tried calling customer service on three separate occasions within a one week period. Each time I was put on hold and held for over 90 minutes while no one came on the line. All they have is a recording but no actual customer service User's recommendation: Buy a brand that actually has customer service.
