Honor of Cancellation Notice

1

I had a demo done in my home and was told that I could return the vacuum in three days if I signed a a cancellation notice and sent it to them via mail within 3 business days. I wanted to return it. So I sent it in by the date and then I got correspondence of a payment plan. I called the number that I was given and left a message. No return call. I called again and talked to a Stacy with Cheyenne Distrubiting and she said that they never received the cancellation notice. I made a copy of the signed and dated cancellation notice that I sent in. She said I was liable for the vacuum. I told her that they needed to come and get it! She said that since I didn't send it certified mail that there was nothing they could do for me. I did everything the contract stated to do. I called again and talked to another girl named Amber, told her my situation and she said that she would get back to me. No call. I called again the next day left several messages and no call back. I called again the next day and got a hold of a Jennifer and I explained my situation to her and she promptly hung up on me. I called again to try to get a hold of a manager for the rude conduct and got another girl that didn't identify herself and she immediately put me on hold. 7 minutes later she came back on the line and I explained that I needed to talk to someone about returning the Kirby vacuum and she promptly hung up on me again.
