*** THIEVES! I've made an order on Christmas, is now one month late (outrageous since I get dozens of orders delivered weekly from all over Europe in 3-5days), and HK support refuses to reimburse me! I contacted them after 2 weeks, it was already a big delay then (didn't order from China, but EU Warehouse), and again 5 times after that, I've told them at that point I 'declare' the package lost in transit, and don't think I'll ever get it... They've replied they will not issue a refund until the package is returned to their warehouse. I would expect small packages to get lost on route from China, but not from EU... and especially a big package, not an envelope. They keep blaming the couriers and postal office, that by now I got to know personal. I get hundreds of orders delivered every year... very seldom something from China or other Chinese Knock-off websites... never ordered anything from BangG, GearB, AliX etc... Does anyone know how can I get my refund? I went by my bank and ask them to cancel the transaction, but slim chances... after 1 month.
