honda vehicle did not deliver on promised date

Hi, I am writing this with great disappointment after failure of delivery of vehicle. I had promised to get Honda BR-V on 05/31/2019 but they did not deliver on 05/31/2019. In Pakistan we will be celebrating EID after 5day, I planned a lot on basis of my new vehicle but now everything vanished. Honda Pakistan skipped my date of delivery even new vehicle available from their dealerships by paying extra money on invoice price. I had talked to their sales Dept. (Ms. Sumaira) and they failed to satisfy me and just saying we are short of capacity. Then I tried to call their GM sales Mr. Amir to sort out the issue but no one picked the phone in his office. If Honda is short of capacity then should it be my problem? Honda should do something to increasing his capacity. If they cannot increase their capacity then it is better to close his business instead of demeaning customers. When I talked to Ms. Sumaira again and informed her no one is picking the phone then she said I don't know why. When I said, I will complaint about this then she said hold and came back with saying, I talked to my Manager Mr. Arif and he try to accommodate you in current batch. But nothing happened till the moment I am writing this email. This same thing happened for second time, previously in 2016 when I booked Honda City. Main problem in this is, dealerships selling vehicle on extra money. Before booking BR-V, I had an offer from Honda dealership "Township Motors" to get new vehicle by paying extra 20000 rupees (over invoice price). Now I am thinking I should not go for Honda vehicle in future. May be this doesn't matter for you but I will do that. Honda should do some compensation by delivering vehicle before EID.
