Samsung have dropped support for MHL-HDMI a few years ago now, however this seems to have gone over the head of the Honda design teams. The head unit of the brand new HRV RS 2018 is outdated and will not mirror Samsung phones as new as 4 years or more? No problem with i Phones. However the majority of some 78% of android users in the world have been ignored by Honda! Shame on you Honda. How come this brand new unit is so basic and does not support basic connection modes? Other manufacturers like MG are way ahead at a much lower price with Android auto and Apple Car Play. How come I have an expensive brand new old car? When are you going to upgrade the software of these units?
