Homework remodeling company based out of Phoenix Arizona (owner Ryan Dietz) canceled 8 times total in my attempt to get new windows in my home. In a desperate plea to keep my buisness, he offered to give me a gift card to my favorite resturant and a discount. He gave a discount and never pulled through with the giftcard. If fact he couldn't even remember the name of my favorite restaurant even though he asked me several times. Now, he still hasn't installed my dog door so i'm stuck with an huge inconvience and now have to constantly track him down. He really doesn't care at all about his customers.. but he claims he truelly does!! lots of talk and no action... full of bologne.
