About five years ago I bought a Casablanca fan. It stop work after a week, so the Electric Company that was provided for me to contact. They came out and fixed it and it stop work again. I call the Ele. Company again and no answer. So I called your company again which I was to call a Ele. company in Kittery Maine...……….. I talk to but they never came over. Today I found out the closest one is now is in DC. So in closing I'm going to sent this fan back to you.
