This is incident happened on March 30, 2021, and so far they have changed claims adjusters on me 3 times and now they don't return my phone calls. It is now the Middle of August and still no hear from these people, the last one is named Carla Ramos, and I believe I'm blocked from this number, they claimed it was an error on the so-called check that was sent out and I had a company come out to give an estimate be the ones to fix everything back to order on the property as I was told to do by Patrick Sharpe and now he's off the case and Carla has replaced him all I want is my property to be fix back before winter sets in. I want my home repaired that's what insurance is for. It was not my fault, I wasn't even at home . It shouldn't take this long, the other home that was damaged is repaired so what's taking so long. It's been raining and I hope mold doesn't set into the installation. Ypu
