Do not waste your time with these guys. They send out random people who have no experience with inspections. They make up things just to fill up the inspection report, and often miss things that are actually important. Most of these inspectors have no real credentials and these 5th avenue clowns are right there at the bottom of the pile. They are simply horrible.
