I called to resolved a credit limit decrease in my account and the representative named Ashley did not help me at all. She just stated that I was going to receive a letter with the reason . I said, can you please transfer me to someone that can assist my needs and she just placed me on hold for 25 minutes . I just needed to see about how to get my credit limit as I had it before . I have only made 1 late payment (Which I called and noticed synchrony bank ) and was told to call back ones I was ready to make payment . After 35 minutes on hold, I then was transfer to a manager that told me about that he could not help me even thought I had been a loyal customer and had only made 1 late payment throughout the years that I have with this account . He also mention how they base it on my credit, which I don't understand since I have a 700 credit report . I feel very disappointed .
