OMG Community Home Mortgage is really really bad. We are about to close on May 28th and it looks like we might not even get our home after watching it being built! This Mortgage company does not know what they are doing we paid a lot of money to a credit repair company to help us and were told to never acknowledge our old debt and this *** lender made us call an old debt collector which made us acknowledge debt and now it is back as if it were new! How dumb is that? Now lender wants us to pay that debt before we close and no way are we going to do that. Oh and don't even have a big savings because they want you to depleat your savings by changing numbers around. My husband and I might be homeless because of thus mortgage company not to mention my husband is a Veteran! Bad! Bad! and shame on them!
