I was doing research on the various home meal delivery companies. I wanted to see the menus for Home Chef. In order to do that, I ended up having to sign up for a delivery - granted, with a $30 discount, but still. I didn't want to order, there is no way to cancel a placed order, but I was able to put my subscription on permanent pause. This website is NOT user friendly in that I wasn't even able to choose which three meals they were sending. I could ADD to the order, but since I didn't want an order in the first place, I am EXTREMELY UNHAPPY. This is a #*$( SCAM!
