Update by user Jul 15, 2018 Americas Home Place Jackson, MS Forgive the typos.. I cant edit them... Original review posted by user Jul 15, 2018 Update result from May 28, 2018. At the end of the final review, everything was going great. I was super excited.. The last step was to get Americas Home Place appraiser to appraise the home & land for $600 that we paid at the last minute... They (AHP) appraiser appraised the land low, when I found out he didnt do everything to help us get our dream home... We have new homes in our area ess then 10 miles from our property... So, why they couldnt build it. Jimmy & Austin founded another home with nothing we wanted in our dream home. It was a complete down grade. The house was bigger, higher cost (with the garage) with cheaper things inside. This home didn't have a garage, one vanity in the master's bedroom, no bricks, 90% of the home carpet, no porch, patio & we had to take the house as is with an addition 300ft. I didnt want a big house for only 2 people... I was told the home we signed papers on didnt have enough square footage & they will be out allot of money to build our home in that area... My feelings were tore to pieces But God... Keep in mind we got approve for it.. I dont understand how an expensive house could go the same acres & our signed up home was less & they CAN NOT build it...... I'm not paying a high note on a home for 30 years Im not satisfied was... I'm actually glad it worked out like it did... Americas Home Place was not for me.... Im not mess anymore... My next move is my better move & it working in my favor... I have a BIG & BETTER BLESSING WAITING ON ME... #Im Satisfied with the new plan... #babymansion #RealDreamHome
