Home Away has failed to resolve a continuing issue with payment dispersement

We have been dealing with an ongoing problem with HomeAway over the past two months. They have failed and continue to fail to disperse our payments. One day a dispersement will show up in our account and the next day we will get an error message from HomeAway. The most frustrating part is the lack of customer service and the attitude of indifference exhibited by the people that answer the phone at HomeAway. When they can't resolve a problem, the rep states that they will have someone return the call. However, the return call is never received. In addition, there is no one to whom to escalate the problem and no one seems interested in solving the problem. Working with them since they were sold has been a nightmare. User's recommendation: Stay away from HomeAway and go with another rental platform if at all possible. They are terrible.
