Most unprofessional, uncomfortable situation ever!! I did an online financing app and was contacted by holt fiat with a pre approval, so I visited the dealership. When I got there the manager looked at my credit and said oh you can drive off tonight let me submit it! As I waited for 30 min for him to come out of his office another man came to me and said what's your number, we will have to wrap this deal up Monday cause it's late Saturday and the banks are closing. Ok no problem! I left and went home and decided to call them again and ask if that really meant no I couldn't purchase a car, do I need to look else where. They assured me that wasn't the deal.... That same night about twenty min later I started receiving txt messages from the man who told me we would wrap things up Monday. Very degrading, sexually explicit disgusting messages!!!! Up until midnight he txt me dirty messages. Sunday I received a txt apology saying he was drunk! Lol ok! Sunday night the sexual messages about what he wanted me to do to him started again!!! Wow really!!!! I had to block his number!!!! Monday I called the general manager to file a complaint! He apologized and said he had never had issues from this particular salesman before and he was shocked. Then he asked if he could work on my car deal personally and he would call me back. Here it is one week later and I'm still waiting on my call! This is the worst experience all the way around at a dealership and I feel even if they were to offer me a vehicle I would decline due to the way they perform "business" beware ladies don't go here unless you want to be sexually harassed and treated like ***!!
