Holding too long on phone

Called to get a delivery date on my meds. Recording says wait of 1 1/2 hours. They answered at 3 hours and 20 minutes. They need more telephone personnel. I will go through this every month to get a shipping date. This is crazy how they run their business. User's recommendation: Call early.
