Holding funds for 270 days

I have a small business and made the mistake of using quickbooks for my customer to make 2 payments. Quickbooks held my funds for the 2 invoices ($7600). I have sent all the required documents that quickbooks has asked. When i asked about the released of the funds. They really told me they didnt feel comfortable releasing the payment while my customer has already paid and quickbooks is holding the funds. Its truly unethical how they treat a small company. Please be aware to not use their payment system because they can hold your funds for 270 days without giving an explanation. Instead of helping a small business quickbooks intuit takes advantage of their customers.
