I had switched to reliacard from direct deposit after a theft. They never sent me a card. After second request I changed address so they locked my acct. I have not been able to reach any solution. Ive faxed them proof ect. Unemployment has no issue with my identity so idk why reliacard does. Its alot of money and there is nothing I can do to get it. I'm not the only one i know going through this. User's recommendation: Do not use us bank ir reliacard fir benefits.
