HOLD TIME TO TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Tried to change reservation online and told to call customer service. I tried and was on hold for 45min-1hr. I then called back and requested a call back which was suppose to be within 4 hours later. I waited at least 7 hrs later without a call back. I then called again on hold 45 min. no answer. Called back this morning been on hold for 2 hours still no answer User's recommendation: Don't fly American Airlines.
