Hit and run

Vehicle was towing a white van on I-70 in Indiana on 3/8/18, at 0700, when he moved from the right hand lane, his flat bed hauler continued to move left to my lane and hit the front side, bumper and fender of my truck. He refused to pull over. I tried to get his attention and he continued on. I snapped pictures, I called the number on the truck, and the gentleman denied hitting me even after I forwarded the pictures. I have estimates and I want him to make right for the hit and run. Plain and simple. If you hit someone you pull over exchange information and then proceed on your way. This is a business out of Maryland, and they know the laws, if you have an accident you do not proceed on.
