I was asked to give a verbal list of all my prescription drugs to the pharmacy technician before they would fill a prescription for me on 4/8/21! I have filed a complaint about a pharmacist, Leslie, at the West Jordan store who called all of my providers and told them to stop 1 of 3 medications I was on. They were all aware of and monitoring my meds and managing them! This is beyond her scope of practice and a clear 2nd HIPPA Violation User's recommendation: Make certain your pharmacy follows HIPPA laws prior to filling any prescriptions!
