Hi, I have received two shipments at my SNS account in NY on 03rd of April 2017, unfortunately both shipments was unacceptable shipments to my home country. I have been asked to pay the charges for both to ship to a local address inside the US, and I paid the charges for both to be shipped to Missouri, one shipment is already picked up by UPS to be shipped to the address I provided in Missouri, however the subjected shipment is still pending and I don't know the reason and no update on my SNS account either. this such delay is strongly unacceptable and I am no more satisfied with your service which lead me to close my account and ask whoever I know to stop dealing with you anymore. since 3rd of April till today 21st April my shipments would have been reached to Mercury. I have contacted my local store manyu times and chatted with your employees dozen of times without any positive feed back. this is really dissappointed me and this will be my last shipment with you. thank you for your bad service.
