I ordered a rug from Himalayan one crafts in Thamel, Nepal and it was not resting right on the floor it was bumpy , so I contacted them and they said to wait a week and see. I did and then wrote back to say it still was bumpy and was sending it back to them. They tried to tell me they put my money to a charity and I told them I wouldn't have bought a rug dependent on where my money was going and regardless was sending it back .They then told me to ship it to one of there customers in Australia and I told them that is not my responsibility ANd they wanted me to pay that shipping and they would refund me after if I did that. I told them no that it's being shipped back to them and they told me I was being a child and to be serious etc. I told them they were very rude and that I'm gonna contact etsy and complain .basically I have all the emails back and forth but I want to make sure I get my money back I shipped it back yesterday but also this company should not be able to sell and treat people this way it's a total scam
