Highway robbery.

i am a 70 year old disabled Vietnam veteran 70% deaf in both ears from my service in artillery in Vietnam and also diagnosed with ptsd and prostate cancer owning to agent orange from my service in Vietnam and was looking for cheap used Subaru at around 10.000 dollars max at 250.00 month payments, i had been looking around most of the morning until about 2 or 3 in the after noon i stopped in red rock nissans lot got out and was talking to a young sales man telling him exactly what i was looking for he left and went inside to get a another salesman after about 15 minutes to see if they might have what i was looking for he came back out with another little older salesman. i also told him what i wanted. so first thing he does is walk me over to a Toyota 2012 explained to me what it was and how much i told him it was a very nice car but i could not afford the price he quoted so we talked a little longer him insisting the Toyota was the car i should get i told him ii wanted a Subaru with fairly low miles that it would make it easier for me to afford. he still insisted i take the Toyota, i told him i did not want the car and he went inside. i walked around the parking lot to see if they might have something before deciding to leave, another salesman along with the 2 previous all came out we talked about what i wanted and they said they would check so i was told by one they had just got one in and i waited around for them to show me the car or bring it over. we were all talking about gold and silver i may also be able to use as a payment along with cash all so the senior sales man said he would like to see what i had and a watch in particular so i told them i would go get some things and bring it back while they found the car they said just came in so i came back a half hour later showed them what i had but know one really was interested and wanted to see what i had everyone except the young car salesman who i showed a couple watches and some silver along with his dad after i set around talking to the young man as he was showing me cars and things on the laptop i hung around until it started getting dark drinking coffee etc etc. the young salesman left to talk to one of the others and came back and said they had a car but the one i was supposed to see originally was not there or it never came in and so we eventually went to red rock Hyundai about 3 miles west on the the highway the younger salesman said he would take me over to help him pick it up and i could drive it back. all along believing this car was the 10.000 dollar car i was looking for, we went over after dark and a Subaru sedan was setting out side a big garage but would not start so he jumped it with a jumper battery box. i followed him back and we went inside to talk to the salesman that tried to sale me the Toyota i did not want pretty much due to the cost, we set down at a desk all 3 of us like i said before i am almost completely deaf. he showed me some papers had me sign a few things. but needed a recent insurance card which i did not have in my truck so i called my wife and told her to bring a recent insurance card out that i was buying a car she came in 15 minutes later and we started talking about warranty's etc etc. a price was never mentioned except earlier when they told me they had the 10.000 car i was looking for, we talked a little more about the warranty so when we were through he took us to another office and said this is your warranty man. my wife and i went in and set down and he started giving form after form to initial and sign and we wanted both names on the tilte in case something happened to one of us. so after i was finished signing all the papers he pointed out to me with everything and when i was finished signing everything then he got into the final costs interest etc etc and the car would be 23000.00 total with 6 years of payments for the 2015 Subaru. this was the 10.000 car they had me believe i was getting and would pay for. i told him i did not know the final cost would be that high it was getting late so we decided to go along with it and come back the next day i was not happy with the way things turned out after getting me to hang around till after dark before we went to pick up the car. it is so low to the ground i have a very hard time getting in and out of it so i decided i would not fuss to much about it and we and my wife brought it back the next day to trade back for a 10.000 dollar car, any car that would make it easier for us to afford because i am on ss and get a small disability payment from the va. also i pulled a muscle trying to get in and out of the car. i did not notice it so much the night before when we went to pick the car up because it was on a slope and was easier for me to get in. so we went back out the following morning and they said they would take it back only if i accepted the Toyota which i turned down 3 or 4 times.
