I was late for my flight and needed a taxi as soon as possible. I called Uber and said that it was an emergency and they said I'll get the car in a few minutes. Stood there waiting and no one arrived!! So then I called a local taxi service and they arrived within 10 minutes!! When I was already at the airport Uber customer service rep called and said that my car was awaiting. I said no thanks and hung up. Never again I will use Uber! Total joke!
