I have had several big name gym memberships in the past and have NEVER NEVER had so much of a pain in the *** costumer service experience!!!! This place cons you in with the NO CONTRACT and low payment bit. However they do not tell you anything about cancellation process. When I asked while signing up I was told of its very simple to do. And left at that. I was told twice my agreement was emailed to me which it never was. So after 2months of trying to get my Fort Worth location membership cancelled I am finally told it’s a written by certified mail 30 day notice. Which you will still be billed for that month. So I go through the process and notice that they did not withdraw payment this month (cancellation sent at end of last month ). So I waited a few more days and nothing. Then on the 15th of this month I get double billed?!!?!? Wtf???? So I call customer service and ask why ? was told my payment was late and denied so I was charged a fee for both ( however my bank shows no such attempt to withdrawal on due date!). After expressing my frustration the lady on the phone tells me it’s all in your agreement you signed ( which 7months into I still have not seen!). Not once did she try to apologize or even offer to remove the fees as this was a one time offense. I would have expected that at least as a courtesy. I absolutely feel they waited after receiving my cancellation to postpone my withdrawal to drain even more money out of me!!!!!!!!!! I am going to in fact go to BBB WITH THIS!!!!! It’s all a CON!
