High Sierra Rubbish

Bought a High Sierra backpack and matching Travel Bag on wheels. Paid $180 at Macy's in Aventura Mall. On a recent trip I noticed the end of the Bag, above the pull along wheels had split horizontally right along the seam. WTF? It had been on and off about 6 flights...
