I ordered a medical alert bracelet and they charged my card the next day - when they say it was shipped out from Texas. It's still not here in New York 11 days later and now they say it won't arrive for another 6 days! 17 days to mail a silicone bracelet from Texas to NY! Really? How on earth are they shipping it when they charged $7.50 for shipping - easily enough for first class that takes 2 days. Maybe it's really coming from China. There are many other companies that sell the same thing - choose another - don't get ripped off by these people. They should be forced to provide honest consumer service and not be allowed to take people's money when they don't tell the truth.
