Update by user Aug 09, 2019 Navien has a very strange policy of shipping warranty parts to plumbers only, not actual owner of unit. Found a plumber to install the part and fix the issue. Seems to be working, for now. Update by user Jul 10, 2019 Tried calling Navien. Got put into voicemail... This company obviously doesn't...
