High priced bad service

Mediacom continues to raise their prices for very poor services. They also keep changing the lineup for channels and charging more for crap. The Internet Wi-Fi systems go down a lot . Yet I am still charged for every second of service that I get even when that poor service is down. Channel lineups are constantly changing so what I initially ordered name that now have those same channels and if I want those same channels back I am now charged more this company is a big rip off and overpriced especially for those of us on a limited income yet they don’t provide Any discounts for people over 55 on limited incomes
