I was at the Westfield Mall in Palm Desert , Ca. walking and doing some shopping, when I passed the Lionesse store, a girl came out wanted to give me a sample but I had to go in to the store to get it and then she began her approach, just let me put this serum on your eyes and it looked like it took some puffiness down; of course she showed before and after pictures of other people, they got to come inside. Then came the high pressure sales pitch, which was very uncomfortable. I ended up spending $400 for two products that haven't lived up to the sales persons claims !!!!! I have never spent that much on skin products !!!! My son was getting married in two months, so I was vulnerable ! She had me come back for the "free" facial; which was nothing more then massaging some oily lotion on in a dimly lit room and then came the high pressure pitch to buy a light pulsing gadget and whatever product it came with for the sale price of $5000.00 and she was NOT going to let me go, I to felt like I was being held hostage !!!!!! It took me awhile to get out of there but I did not take the bait ! She became aggressive and even insulting by saying "well, didn't you bring your credit card ?" I say BEWARE, don't take that first step into that store !
