High charge for 1 xtra day rental

I was charged a very high rate for 1 extra day. While I called Customer Service to check. They said it was ok, they only charge 1 day extra. However this was x10 the price for my 2 week rental. Also they never replied to my initial emails just asking for an explanation.Be careful renting here!
