Won free unlock, tried screen froze except for buy chips and gems status. Exited, restart game, message says sorry about opening new game, try nab same freez Restart my Samsung, same freez. Uninstall, reinstall. Same as above-freez. Been 2 days with multiple tries. Nothing but freezer. I will take a screen shot should and send. Thank you, Jeffrey Clark
