So exact same thing happened to me with a lot of customers shopping with this company. So saw the 2 for £24 deal on Facebook and was thinking what a bargain. You have to sign up for a VIP account which they do not tell you that it is an MONTHLY payment of £44! This was taken out of my account AFTER I cancelled my account. It took 2 different people on Live chat where they had to cope with my angry messages complaining of a hidden membership. I must admit they were very helpful and did get my refund. The only problem with the refund is that they only issue it with VIP members. So after cancelling my account (was previously a VIP) I said to them that I should be credible in having the refund as if the money was taken out before I cancelled then they should give me a refund, right? They admitted they never told me about the refund in my previous conversation of actually requesting a cancellation so had to seek approval of giving it to me. I may admit the service was decent, but the whole company in my opinion is a scam. DON'T GIVE IN TO THE 2 FOR £24 DEAL. There will be so many consequences after to deal with. (I HAVE resolved the issue myself- Just warning other customers who are thinking of purchasing leggings or sportswear from this site)
