Hi, I want to cancel Keranique’s orders

Why are you still withdrawing funds from my credit account. You already withdrawn 3 payments in April $64.14, $53.45, $53.44. I was told by one of your representatives that my payment would be taking out once a month. This really *** me off to be lied too. You have taking money out of my account that I need for the rest the month. Now I don't have any money for the rest of the month.
