Hesitant !
I'm reading to many stories and seeing the caption below that no Top Hatter employees have reached out to a lot of customer. Top Hatter has sent me a card to join back up for the bidding. I'm not real comfortable now that I have seen so many disgruntled customers. My whole life was about customer service. I see a lack of interest when it comes to at-least talk to the customer about there problem and possibly steer them in the right direction instead of ignoring the problem and passing the buck to another company. the world today is so dependent on the internet that you never see any face to face meeting or get togethers. unless, they are having a skyp meeting. If we were to ever lose the electricity that runs our power from day to day, we would probably have the most the most worthless two to three generations of STUPID PEOPLE !
