I called trying to get parts to replace my torn ear pads and I spoke with Sarah who was extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful. I was expecting to have to pay for new parts but she took my information and told me that she was sending them out and gave me some advice on popping them out and replacing them with the new ones. User's recommendation: Support the brands the take care of customers!
