Had him come to check for bats. Said he would charge $50.00. On inspection,no bat activity. But a screen on an attic vent was torn.Said he would return on friday to put an outside screen on. $100.00. Never showed. His original charge of $50.00, he charged me $100.00 . Never sent the reciept by email either.
